upon the wisdom of eminent Trainers in the appropriate field.
The following lead members of the faculty give the directions. They
also participate in their own fields of expertise.
 Mr. T.T.Srinath : A product of XLRI, Jamshedpur,
hailing from a reputed business family. An entrepreneur for the last 21 years
successfully running a manufacturing company and a service business.
Accredited T Group Sensitivity Trainer, Indian Society for Applied
Behavioral Sciences, having done abundant number of process lab work.
Certified Master Coach - mentored to offer business coaching, executive
coaching and life skill coaching. Has offered programmes to a number of IT
and non IT Organizations
Dr. C.R Mukundan: He is Professor and Head of the
Department of Neuropsychology Lab, NIMHANS, Bangalore.
Dr. PVR Murthy : He is a product of IIT
Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta, has a Ph.D. to his credit from Gujarat
University He headed the HRD functions at HMM and and Sundaram Clayton. He
has undergone training at NTL and also at Japan in TQM areas. He has
presented a number of articles on HRD at various national and international
forums. He served on the Academic Councils of Madras University, SK
University and Academy of HRD. He is a founder member of National HRD
network and is currently the Dean Consultancy of ISABS.
Mr. MGN Unnithan :He is an alumnus of the Indian
Institute of Management,Calcutta and the Madras School of Social Work, who
held various management positions in reputed companies in India and abroad
including his longest stints with the Unilever Group as Recruitment Manager
with Hindustan Lever and Management Personnel Manager with Brooke Bond
India. He is the Managing Consultant of CAREER REACH.
