CAREER REACH will take the role and responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager during the period of assignment in its full letter and spirit
 

Activities
  • Understand the nature of Industry and business to appropriately analyze the Organization structure and define job/incumbent profile

  • Scan the appropriate environment and come out with the sources of potential candidates for the various positions identified

  • Discuss and arrive at Recruitment strategies and action plans. The action plans could  also include the various forms of sourcing viz. advertisement, referrals, consultants

  • Take charge and implement the approved action plans for sourcing the candidates including drafting recruitment advertisements, media choice and plan/liaising with consultants, etc.

  • Screening and shortlisting CVs

  • Arranging & co-coordinating interviews

  • Part take as interviewer and provide professional advice

  • Enable shortlisting of candidates for final interview

  • Arranging and co-coordinating final interviews

  • Part take as interviewer for final interviews and provide professional advice

  • Enable final selection

  • Compensation package discussions with selected candidates & make offers

  • Follow-up till joining

  • Record keeping in the form of personal files for selected candidates
